These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated byBest Deal Auto ("Best Deal Auto", "we", "us", or "our"), located at415 Concession St, Hamilton, ON L9A 1B8. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Use of this website
This website lets you browse our vehicle inventory, estimate a payment, apply for financing, book a test drive and get in touch with our dealership. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by, any third party. Our forms are protected against automated submissions, and you agree not to submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else.
Vehicle listings and pricing
We make reasonable efforts to keep vehicle listings, descriptions, photos, and pricing accurate and up to date. However, inventory sells quickly and errors can occur. Vehicle availability, pricing, mileage, features, and specifications are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice. All listed prices exclude applicable taxes, licensing, and administration fees unless stated otherwise. Please confirm all vehicle details and final pricing with our sales team before making a purchasing decision.
Financing estimates
The payment calculator on this site is illustrative only. It works from the price, down payment, term and credit score you enter and applies typical rate bands for that score; it is not a live rate feed and does not constitute an offer of credit, a guaranteed rate, or a pre-approval. Actual financing terms, rates, and monthly payments are determined by the lender at the time of application and may differ from any estimate shown here. A financing application submitted through this site is passed to the financing company named on our financing page and in the consent you accept when you apply. Submitting an application is not an approval.
Vehicle content is for reference only
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell a vehicle. Listings, photos, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes to help you research our inventory; a sale is only finalized in person, in writing, at our dealership.
Test drive bookings
Test drives are booked through Cal.com's scheduling widget, and Cal.com's own terms apply to that booking tool. A booking reserves a time with us. You can cancel or reschedule it using the links in the confirmation email Cal.com sends you, and the dealership may cancel or reschedule a booking, for example if the vehicle has been sold. Bring a valid driver's licence to your appointment. The dealership sets the rules for the drive itself, including who may drive and where.
Intellectual property
The Best Deal Auto name, logo, and all text, graphics, photos, and other content on this website are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing on this site grants you any license or right to use our name, logo, or content, and no part of this site may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our prior written consent. The names and logos of Carfax, CarGurus, Google and Cal.com shown on this site belong to their respective owners.
No warranty
This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Deal Auto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-party links and services
This site links to and embeds services that are not owned or controlled by us: our Facebook and Instagram pages, Google Maps and our Google reviews, the Carfax vehicle history reports and CarGurus deal ratings linked from listings, and the Cal.com booking widget. Carfax badges shown on a listing are based on information reported to Carfax Canada, and CarGurus ratings are produced by CarGurus from its own data. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any of these services.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
